We work with residential activities directors and private clients to design courses that empower women and their families to move gently and wisely through all life’s stages. Transitions we address include motherhood, the changing mother-daughter bond, mid-life, retirement, independent living, and assisted living.
Founded by a mother-daughter team with training in counseling and developmental psychology, our passion is designing workshops and activities that facilitate planning for the changes that come with aging for mothers, daughters, and grandmothers.
Activity Directors may book our workshops and courses on-site at senior centers, retirement villages, independent living homes, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. Individuals may also contact us for private classes and sessions.
